A few years ago, we hired Kylee for a 2-hour consultation. She and her assistant, Kelly, arrived on time and spent 2.5 hours going through every room and providing us helpful information and design suggestions. Our home, nearly 20 years old was in definite need of some updating! Following her visit, a few days later, Kylee provided us with a detailed list of everything she discussed, including colors and vendors (from flooring, interior paint, cabinets, and much more). We were so pleased with the outcome. Everything came together beautifully. Her style is modern and contemporary, but she didn't suggest anything that clearly wouldn't work in our home, knowing that our goal was to one day sell and that we'd like a ROI. She is a great listener and asked us a lot of questions. I felt she really heard and understood our needs and lifestyle. A year after that initial consult, Kylee came to the rescue, again! My hubby and I got ourselves into a bind regarding exterior paint colors. We reached out to Kylee, and she came to our home - swatches in hand, and got us back on track. I love her vision and style. We are selling our home now; the house went on the market on Tuesday night and within 36 hours we had a first offer. Our home sold in four days – above asking offer! I am giving Kylee the bulk of the credit! If it weren’t for her, I honestly don’t’ think our home would’ve received the attention and interest it got. Even our realtor, who has been in the business for 30 years, said it was one of the more intense experiences he’s had in his career, just managing all the requests to see the home, etc. Kylee is remarkably talented, and I recommend her services without reservation!
