We stay here whenever we are in Miami visiting our daughter. It is a beautiful property in an excellent location and the staff is top notch. Customer service is their focus. The restaurant is amazing- not your typical hotel restaurant food. The bar is an amazing atmosphere. The check in/ front desk staff is always extra welcoming and helpful. On our last stay just last week, Angel checked us in for our 3 room reservation and helped make it easy and seamless. 5 stars all the way around!

Our experience at this hotel was outstanding. Before our stay, I received a call from Mike, who graciously offered us a complimentary upgrade. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the thoughtful surprise waiting in our room made the occasion even more special.

Anthony was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and took the time to explain all the fantastic amenities the hotel has to offer.

Checking out was effortless, thanks to Timothy’s efficient assistance.

We will definitely be returning to this hotel for another memorable stay.

It’s our first time staying at this hotel for our holiday. New estate at a very convenient location. The room was very clean and the room view was exceptional. The valet parking could be a bit confusing since it’s next to a public self parking. The hotel is located in a rather empty commercial complex that needs more shopping activities so it can felt a bit empty on the lower floors, but there are a few restaurants there thatre worth trying.

Overall highly recommended. Friendly staff and service.

We were extremely pleased with our stay in this hotel. The kindness and professionalism of the staff is impressive. Our first impression was an interaction with Ray at the Valet Parking, who treated us as if we were frequent guests, even though it was our first time. By the time we checked out the next day, he was there to wish us a safe journey back home, and he even remembered my name. All other staff members were outstanding as well. The facilities are in pristine condition, clean and elegant, with a welcoming decor that suits the ambiance of the spaces. We attended a wedding reception during our stay, so there was a chance to interact with the banquet staff and enjoy the convenience of the ballroom as well. We enjoyed every second of it.
This is much more than a hotel, it is an experience, worth enjoying more than once. Can't wait to go back an explore all the amenities.

We checked in last Monday evacuating from Hurricane Milton. We frequent Miami but had never stayed at the Loews. We arrived at 2am and the check process and friendliness was as if we had arrived at 10am. We were a party of 5, 2 dogs and 3 rooms. Everything was exceptional. As the days continued the Hotel became filled with Tampa and Sarasota families and their puppies. The stellar staff did not miss a beat. Exceptional service at every turn. Every staff member I encountered was bending over backwards to make sure we were comfortable given the situation. Empathy and compassion with everything they did for us. THANK YOU, THANK YOU for making our stay incredible under the difficult circumstances. We look forward to our January stay for fun. Location is also wonderful for walking to some of our favorite restaurants in Coral Gables.

This is my second time staying at this property. We were here for parents weekend at the University of Miami. What a fantastic property. Valet service was exceptional upon arrival, and throughout our stay. Front desk was super accommodating, even supplying us with a rollaway bed for our daughter. The staff at the pool bar were fantastic! We didn’t dine in the restaurant, but the staff was great! They made accommodations for 8 of us to have cocktails late night at a restaurant table. This will definitely be our top choice when visiting Coral Gables!!!

The hotel itself is a gem, with beautifully appointed rooms and top-notch amenities, but it’s the people that truly set it apart. Every staff member I encountered was not only professional but also incredibly accommodating, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any request.

Amazed by this hotel, not only they did a fantastic job with the landscaping, the architecture, the rooms, they also know exactly how hospitality should work, very well trained staff, impressive professionalism and kindness . The restaurant downstairs, Americana, is a must visit, delicious food and great service.
