Michelle is a fantastic designer! She designed a custom wall unit that integrated all of our wants as well as needs that looks amazing!
She handled all of the design through manufacturing steps selecting Bright Wood Works to fabricate the unit.
Bright Wood Works also did an amazing job as they clearly respect Michelle and work well with her.
Then, after the wall unit, new TV and sound system was installed, we realized how beaten up our 13 plus year old couch and tables looked, so we called Michelle back and she designed, selected and installed all new stuff in the living room. Not only Beth and I, but the grandsons and dog love it, too!

Michelle designed the living room of my dreams! I didn’t give her a lot of guidance except for what I didn’t like, and she helped me realize that I actually had a pretty specific design preference. She helped us make sense of an odd space, that I couldn’t seem to figure out how to buy furniture for. She managed to design a space that is functional for our young family and that everyone in our family loves! It reflects all of our personalities, and her selection of coffee table books to accessorize the room really suits us - they include places we’ve traveled, artists we’ve loved, and our professional interests. She even surprised us by including an Anthony Bourdain book, whom my husband especially loves because he reminded him of his dad. I would highly recommend Michelle and gladly use her again!

We bought a disaster, a big condo in downtown St Pete that needed to be gutted and completely reimagined. We hired Michelle to help plan the space, coordinate the rehab, design every room and oversee the daunting project. We ended up with a perfect, $1 million project.

For context, we have renovated five houses and an apartment, and we’re picky about design choices.

Michelle is by a very wide margin the best designer we have ever worked with—indeed, the best we could possibly have hoped for. Of course she has wonderful taste that she made sure to mesh with ours. She is relentless, incredibly patient and focused in her pursuit of the right things for her client.

She is good at all aspects of her profession, and especially so at space planning. Our space was challenging, and now we have several rooms that take great advantage of areas we thought were essentially unusable.

More important for us, she drove the job: she gently pushed a contractor she didn’t previously know, and together they got to great on everything. Michelle was as much a job manager—for 18 months—as she was designer.

Our condo is infinitely better because of Michelle. We feel incredibly fortunate to live here, and it is her work that made it magnificent. I don’t know what we would have built without her, but I know it wouldn’t have been anywhere near this good.

If you want a designer who will fret every detail without losing the big picture, who cares as if it’s her home, who will work very hard in pursuit of your ideal, Michelle Jennings should be first on the list.

She’s a lovely human, a great professional and now, for us, a lifelong friend.
