My husband and I initially hired Pierre at infant stages of his business, precisely 6 years ago when we bought our first home. We were both astounded by the consulting on color and décor that he provided for our house. At first we were thinking how can any of those combinations that he suggested work for a house like ours, but later when all the pieces came together as a final product it was just amazing. He placed everything to its perfection; transforming our old looking house into something very contemporary and classy. The colors just stood out and complemented perfectly with the furniture as if they were factory fitted.

Just recently we had the pleasure of working with Pierre Jean-Baptiste Interiors Ltd. once again when my brother bought his house and when we needed some renovations done to ours as well. His company has shot off to become a big operation with some serious clientele. Pierre’s architectural background coupled with his exquisite expertise with interior design makes his firm the perfect choice for anyone looking to remodel their home or like me, building a new home altogether! I called Pierre Jean-Baptiste Interiors a week ago in a bit of panic and in desperate need of a designer. I needed a redesign of the bathrooms in the home I’m building and due to time constraints, I needed the redesign in less than 24 hours! Can I say “Pierre to the rescue”!! Pierre wasted no time listening to my needs and began working on the redesign immediately! The redesign blew me away! Pierre is so talented and was so accommodating that I also asked him to design my master bedroom and custom walk in closet!! That design was amazing as well and now we’re in talks to do more rooms in my home!! I can not wait to see what he designs for me!

I needed to have some updates done to my secondary home located in Fairfax. I I wanted to complete a bathroom remodel, living room remodel with a home theater installation. After several estimates and consultations, I decided to go with Pierre Jean-Baptiste Interiors. Pierre and his team did a fabulous job; from our first meeting to project completion. The team was very professional and Pierre was very knowledgable and gave me suggestions that made complete sense. Not once did I feel like I was being suckered in purchasing stuff I did not need. The work was completed as promised. They gave me a timeframe of 2 months and stuck to the schedule as promised. The remodel turned out beautifully along with the theater installation. I would definitely recommend Pierre and his team to my friends and use their services again.

Hiring Pierre Jean-Baptiste Interiors was the best decision I could've made when I was seeking to completely remodel my bedroom into a very Feng Shui- Asian themed design. Pierre was fast, efficient, and detailed in every way possible, which made this project very enjoyable and virtually stress-free! My husband and I were extremely disappointed because we are in the real estate business and it was not the first time we have done renovations. We chose Pierre Jean-Baptise Interiors from IG. In 2020 we contracted Pierre and his company to "design" our home theater. The first red flag was him wanting 95% of the payment up front. within 2 days of you signing a contract with him. COVID slowed our project down and it ran into 2021. Pierre's assistant Kara Hines blamed us for the project being extended into 2021 when they took the job knowing that they took the job at the peak of COVID. Permit inspectors were not allowed into homes so it was hard to get inspections passed in order for us to proceed with the renovations. Coming to the end of the project there was a misunderstanding about the carpeting installation. Second red flag is that you can never get them on the phone Pierre is always unavailable unless he wants to be. They screen calls via an external call center or google assist. At one point I could not even get them on emails they changed emails and we could not get in contact with them. I hired electricians, HVAC and Painters and needed guidance on the design and could not get anyone on the phone. I had to pay them for the day or days and could not get them on them on the phone. I needed to speak to his assistant Kara Hines about the misunderstanding with the carpet and the install. Kara Haines was very unprofessional shouted at me and stated " that I started it". Due to the childish response I had to hang the phone up and call Pierre's answering service and left a message for him to call me back. When he called me back he stopped all communications with her but he was no different. Third red flag was customer service and the fact that the assistant was shouting at a customer was unprofessional. We needed a lot of questions answered and there was no one available. I needed to talk to him about a carpet install bill that he said he would take care of. He declined the call and sent me a bill. I was told to paint the room but had no paint colors. We were sent the colors after we chose our own colors that matched the pics. His best work is poor poor poor at best. Horrible experience. We paid over 18,000 for someone to order painted wood and broken lights from Ali Express. I say Ali Express due to the quality of the items received. We had to do a lot of adjustments due to them not being present. If you have a small or big project I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. Worst experience ever!!!!! Today is 1/11/2021 and the saga continues I got an email from Pierre Jean-Baptise stating that my contract is cancelled and his business will refund me $2,700 if I stop leaving reviews on his business and his business will reserve the right to the drawings of my basement. Wait there is more! none of my descendants, dependents, heirs etc. will be able to sue the business. When his assistant shouted at me over the phone and Pierre Jean Baptise took over for a brief time and he said he would handle the installation of the carpet in my basement. At this point we had paid Pierre 95% of his money. The carpet install was in the amount of $1,161.60. Now you want me to sign a cancellation contract and give up my right to say how I was treated by your business. Oh no Pierre Jean Baptise Interiors designs Ltd. When I wanted to talk to you my request was denied and you chose to write me an email so I am choosing to leave a review simply explaining my experience. When I left the first review you sent me the longest email I have ever gotten from your business explaining yourself still no call. When you sent me the balance I paid it in full on 1/4/2022 in the amount of $577.20. I owe you nothing Mr. Pierre the contract ended when you declined my call. $1,161.60 plus $577.20 equals $1,738.80 this amount does not add up to what you want to refund me. It is less! I expressed to you that we were not happy and and I expressed to you that I would leave a review. $961.20 to shut me up. People remember how you treat them. Service POOR!

I found Pierre on Facebook and decided to take a chance, as no one I knew personally had acquired his services.
