We evacuated here for hurricane Milton and Margarita ( the hotel manager), Luis, Crystal and entire team made us feel so well cared for during such a stressful time. Hotel did not lose power during storm. We felt very safe. We stayed a week. Hotel is clean, comfortable and great location in Gulf Coast center. We brought our dog and he too was made to feel very at home. Was easy to walk him around on all the sidewalks in Gulf Coast Center. He even liked the old GMC truck in front of Bass Pro Shop! Thank you to all the hotel personnel who made our stay comfortable!

Perfect location to multiple shops and restaurants. Very reasonable price. Rooms recently redone and nice. Only issue we had was that the door to the room was very hard to latch, upon letting Luis know, he immediately put in a work order to get this fixed and offered points to make up for the inconvenience which was so nice of him and not expected. Would 100% stay again!

I'm reluctant to express how wonderful the staff are at RI as I selfishly want to keep it a hidden gem. The location is extremely convenient to everything from Costco to Target. Great restaurants and close to businesses and highways. The hotel itself has everything you need; clean, safe comfortable lodgings, fulfilling breakfasts, complimentary self parking, pool, fitness center, basketball court, etc. However the best thing about the hotel is the staff; small but mighty! They are the most caring, efficient and kindest team and I was sad to leave. Luis (hotel mgr.) Ana & Crystal.(front desk), Marisa & Oscar (shuttle drivers) really made our stay exceptional!

My husband and I had a quick 24 hour trip to Fort Myers To attend a “celebration of life” of a good friend. I chose the Residence Inn because their website said that it had shuttle service from the airport to their hotel until 12 AM. Our flight got in at 11 PM. When I called the hotel for a ride, I was very disappointed as they said they did not have shuttle service at that time. Consequently, we had to take an Uber. The next morning, we voiced our concern to Luis Cordero, guest service manager. He asked me to show him where I read that there was shuttle service. Upon reading the website, he was very apologetic admitting that their website was wrong.. He asked to see my Uber receipt and refunded the amount. Due to his understanding of our situation, our dissatisfaction turned into satisfaction. Kudos to Mr. Cordero.

Had to go to Fort Myers unexpectedly and booked this hotel. Everyone was friendly, and the room was very clean, cold, and comfortable. The price was comparable to less appealing places, and you can't beat the location! The complementary breakfast was the best. My daughter couldn't believe all the options!! This is now our go-to hotel when visiting our daughter at FGCU.

Our stay was great! The room was outstanding, extremely clean and the bed most comfortable. The breakfast was great and Luis and Crystal at the front desk were very friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. We were surprised that the main entrance did not have a covered entrance for those rainy days, but that should not deter you from staying here. Thanks for a great stay!

Great hotel. I used to always stay at a residence, but they have slacked off a little on somethings. They got rid of the evening Social. The breakfast too was hit or miss this time. Packaged sandwiches are just not my thing. They also didn't have coffee out all the time, just at breakfast.
