Stayed here for 4 nights with my family. Originally we were in a one bedroom suite but after the first night we upgraded to a 2 bedroom which worked much better for our family - traveling with two toddlers so we needed some separation for sleep. The front desk staff made the switch seamless for us. Both rooms were well appointed and comfortable! The cleaning staff was thorough. The breakfast was perfect for us each morning having to feed two hungry little ones quickly! We are not familiar with the area as we were in town for a wedding, but the location was great for us. We were easily able to walk to grab food or over to that big mall. Driving around the area was easy too.
Not nearly as much traffic as other parts of LA. Would highly recommend this hotel especially for families!!

We chose this location because is more relaxed than probably anywhere near downtown LA. Also you can easily get on your way north without delays.|Hotel is not too big, with great options for 1 and 2 bedroom rooms as Residence Inns usually do. Nice ample parking ($40) and the usual included complete breakfast.|What I didn't like as much, is the fact that they clean or even enter the room once every 3 days, which seems a bit excessive. That includes taking out trash for example, which I didn't know where to put.|Otherwise great option in Glendale.

From the moment we checked in to the time we left met our expectations. Convenient location, friendly staff and solid breakfast options made our stay a positive experience. My children unfortunately left belongings behind and after a quick phone call they were shipped to our home address. I appreciate the staff's dedication to their customers.

We stayed here one night in July 2024. We chose this hotel as it was conveniently located with respect to Dodger Stadium (the closest we could get without staying downtown), as well as nearby Burbank/WB Studio Tour. ||We reserved a 2-room, 2-queen suite. I loved it! Full kitchen is so convenient, even if we did not use many of the features. It is nice to have a fridge for cold water and microwave to heat up my tea. There is so much more that is available to those who need it. The living room was spacious and had a Juliette balcony overlooking the pool. It was slightly disappointing that our door only opened a crack though so it difficult to even fit my phone through to take a picture of the view / sunset without the reflection of the glass. ||Beds were comfortable. Not a ton of space for suitcases in the bedroom (I had to leave mine in the living room), but the room was long and did not feel crowded. Bathroom was modern and clean, with a standalone shower that had plenty of shelves for toiletries. There was also sufficient counter and cabinet space around the sink. ||One of the best parts of our experience was check-in. My name was on a list by the desk of guests to welcome that day, and the front desk attendants provided personalized service. Unfortunately I did not mark down the name of the lady who initially checked us in and stored our luggage, but she was kind and helpful. I believe Adam is who we dealt with the rest of our stay, and he was very engaging and pleasant as well. He would remember us and ask details about our stay (like knowing we were there for the Dodger game, and asking how we liked it the next time he saw us). Overall A+ for the staff. ||Parking was convenient and secure. There was a small space (about 2-3 cars) for temporary loading/unloading near the lobby entrance, and then an underground garage that was gated with key card access only. I was nervous about the underground garage, but it was surprisingly spacious and well lit. We had no trouble finding a spot during our stay (with several ins/outs), and the spaces themselves had room to open our doors (unlike some other tighter spaces we encountered elsewhere in CA). ||Only downside was noise level at night. My preference on my Marriott profile is for a high floor, and I was on the 5th out of 6 floors. Unfortunately, we had a noisy group above us and it sounded like they had a roller derby going on for part of the night, although thankfully didn’t last too late. ||I would definitely stay here again for a Dodger game, WB Studio tour, or any other event in the area.

As a Platinum member, I stayed with my kids for five nights. The room was in excellent condition. However, I was offended by a female employee who was cleaning the bathroom before the breakfast opened. She stared at me and said "Thank you" at me in the bathroom, but the racist remark, "Arigato" in Japanese, in the back of my head, was quite upsetting. I put up with her old age.

ドジャースタジアムで大谷翔平選手を観に行くためにこちらのホテルで3日間お世話になりました。
野球観戦が目的の方はダウンタウンに泊まる方が多いかと思いますが治安を考慮してグレンデールエリアを選びました。
治安という意味では夜も静かですし、怪しい人を見かけることもなく全く問題ありませんでした。日本人の方を見かけることもなかったです。
ホテルの建物も部屋も清潔でこちらを選んで良かったと思います。プールもありますが利用する時間がなかった。。。

部屋にキッチンと調理器具（電子レンジもある）が準備されており客室内で料理ができます。冷蔵庫もアメリカサイズで大きい。ただし、お箸はなかった。
野球観戦後、かなり疲労困憊で外に食べに行く元気がないので、部屋で食べられたのは良かったと思います。
食材はホテルから歩いて5分くらいの近くのスーパー「Ralphs」で調達しました。
こちらのスーパーでほぼ何でも揃います。パスタや電子レンジでチンできるグラタン、野菜、果物、お酒、水（1ガロン）など買い込みました。
お塩などのちょっとした調味料は日本から持って行ったほうが良い思います。

ホテルの朝食は種類は多くはありませんが、美味しくいただきました。自分で作るワッフルが印象に残っています。

あと、ホテルからドジャースタジアムまでは少し距離があり、Uberで20分位かかります。費用は片道30＄ちょっと。
来年も来れるといいな～

Ti Funn

This is my final Permanent Change of Station with the United States Air Force. I'm traveling with my dog to move to Florida, and we stayed here for a single night. Interestingly, I was informed that the dog fee for one night is $150. I asked why the cost was so high, and I was told that all Marriotts have this high fee. My immediate response was, "No, they do not," because that is incorrect.

I travel with my dog both abroad and within the United States approximately 100 days each year. Everywhere I go, I try to use Marriott, although in some locations that can be challenging. This year alone, I stayed at Marriott properties 28 times.

Since the dog fee at this location is so high, I canceled two additional Marriott bookings and replaced them with Hilton properties, which have a more reasonable one-night dog fee policy.

This hotel is making reconsider my continued patronage of my Bonvoy membership. Because I am feeling petty at the moment, I should change all my hotel stays to Hilton. Happy Holidays.

Your hotel is lovely and the staff with the exception of the manager was very accommodating. I've never been spoken to by hotel staff so rudely. We came in for a wedding and needed to make it to the first event and our room was not ready at 3 pm when we arrived. We had to get ready and leave by 4pm for an event. The first front desk staff said he was going to check on the room and basically never came back. The second person we talked to said she would get the manager and we don't think that happened. Our room was promised 3:45, giving us 15 minutes to get ready, and when we spoke to the third front desk person he said it still was not ready. I asked to speak to the manager to explain and then asked for compensation for our. situation in points or a discount and was told "That is not going to happen". I could not believe she said that to me. She then went on to say someone with more status than me got a late check out. My husband has titanium status and my learning is that he will book the rooms moving forward if this is the way Marriott treats their lower status customers and their female customers.
