The property was unique and in excellent condition. We had a wedding party with over 18 rooms. The sales team and Hotel management worked hard to meet all our needs (before and after). Breakfast each morning was great and high quality. The bar and lobby area were conducive to a large group like ours. The property management was very open to input post - event. I highly recommend this location

I stayed 3 nights for business and it was very convenient. The rooms and lobby were very clean. I appreciated having the extra space in the room and the layout is great. The breakfast was good and offered a variety of hot and cold items. I plan to return when I’m back in the area for work.

This was a great hotel. The guy at the front desk was (I believe) the regional manager. He was there visiting different hotels in different states. He was very kind and courteous. We visited the bar for a nightcap each night and both bartenders were great. The first night we kept Max talking until closing. The room was clean and very spacious.

This was an amazing location. The rooms were large and comfortable. There was a full-size refrigerator and a large microwave with a small stove top as well as a dishwasher. The hotel provides dishes.

We stayed at Residence Inn Louisville Old Henry for the Kentucky Derby in May and would highly recommend. We were very happy with the room and location, but especially the staff. Everyone was very pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate us. We arrived early and had a bunch of luggage, which they stored for us. They texted us when our room was ready (which was earlier than check in). We had a hand written note with some chocolate goodies in our room wishing us fun at the Derby. Very nice extra touches that we did not expect and we will be returning. Thank you!

Waited ten minutes for someone to check me in. Didn't acknowledge anything about me. Coffee was cold and I was told, not my job, I'm the bartender. Nothing on my profile was accommodated. Amazing that all these reviews rave about the staff, and if I could I would give the staff a ZERO. A half dozen minors, unsupervised ran
my grandsons out of the pool. Signs posted only 5 kids in the pool at one time failure to comply can result in $100 fine. No one around to enforce. Could not find him AGAIN.

I've stayed at the Residence Inn Louisville Old Henry three times in the last eight months. I will never stay anywhere else when I travel to Kentucky. The front desk customer associates are always friendly and accommodating. The rooms are sparkling clean - this is the most important factor in whether or not I would return to a hotel - and there is not a shred of evidence that another guest inhabited "my" suite! The lighting in the rooms is warm and cozy (no bright white ones), the bed is fresh and comfortable, and the window treatments include a retractable, light-filtering, privacy shade an ingenious option!! I highly recommend this hotel - you will not be sorry about your stay here.

My recent stay here was excellent. Property is pristine, well maintained, staff friendly and efficient. GM must have a desire for perfection. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is plentiful and rooms are well maintained. Lobby area is very bright, clean and comfortable.
