The facility has been updated and rooms were nice. the breakfast was wonderful. Better yet, the staff at the front desk took care of your every need. Very nice. I wish I remembered all the names but Daniella was great, and a young man with curly brown hair went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Great service!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an amazing experience! The facilities were top-notch, and everything was clean and well-maintained. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast service. Zelene, the staff member who helped us, went above and beyond by finding gluten-free bread for my husband, which truly made our morning! Her thoughtful and attentive service added a special touch to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back in the future! Thank you for making our visit so memorable!

Estuvimos alojados en una habitación de 2 dormitorios en septiembre del 2024.|La habitación estaba impecable, era moderna y muy bien equipada, provista de los productos de higiene, toallas y toallones necesarios para nuestra estadía de 2 noches. No recibimos servicio de limpieza por nuestra corta estadía, ya que no se brinda de forma diaria.|La suite en la que nos hospedamos cuenta con 2 dormitorios, 2 baños y un living comedor amplio con un sofá cama.|El área de desayuno del Hotel era amplia, pero conviene ir temprano porque se llena con facilidad. Ofrecía opciones variadas tanto frías como calientes de calidad excelente y el personal muy atento a la limpieza y reposición de los productos.|Todas las áreas comunes eran modernas y estaban limpias.|Posee una piscina que cumple con su función.|El estacionamiento es pago, pero está bien organizado.|Debemos destacar a Daniela Barbera y Ruth Pérez del Front Desk por su amable atención, nos asistieron en nuestras consultas y nos otorgaron un check Inn anticipado.|La zona en que se encuentra el Hotel es muy linda y tranquila, enfrente tiene un circuito para ejercitar, además en los alrededores hay un Supermercado, Farmacias y el Aventura Mall a los que, por su cercanía, se puede acceder caminando.|Con absoluta seguridad, toda vez que regresemos a Miami nos alojaremos en este Hotel.

Amazing staff. After I mix up with roll Caribbean (horrible cruise line) The staff has been more than accommodating while we wait to board a another cruise line. Room was spacious enough for a family of 4. Breakfast in the morning is a great addition and save a family $50 a day!

Very nice and clean hotel. I was impressed by the cleanliness. Big shout out to housekeeping!! Staff ist very friendly and professional. You can notice that this hotel is run by experienced management. I will come again! 10/10

By far, one of the cleanest hotels and rooms we've ever stayed in, up to and including 4+ star rated hotels and air bnbs. The value of these rooms are amazing for what our nightly rate is. This will be our official go to next time we see a dolphins game.

Rooms are great. View is good. Hotel is clean. Staff are friendly and proactive in helping with their local knowledge. |I would like to name Liliana and Ruth specifically. Felt I was looked after with their welcoming approach and they looked after my needs.

I stayed here a couple of weeks ago for a conference at the JW Marriott across the street. This Residence Inn was just as nice but at a much more reasonable price point. The staff was great and even gave me a nice room upgrade where I had a nice view. The room itself was recently updated and quiet. I would stay here again and highly recommend this location.
