I can’t say enough about my stay at the SpringHill Suites in Cedar Park. This Marriott property was a welcome change compared to my previous Marriott experiences. The amenities both inside and outside the hotel make SpringHill Suites in Cedar Park a prime location. The best part, however, was the exceptional customer service—from the reception team to the cleaning staff. A special shoutout to Nicole and Janet at the front desk for making my check-in process seamless and accommodating my complex schedule. I highly recommend staying at this property. If you have the chance, enjoy a drink at the bar—conversations with Richie make for a memorable experience.

SpringHill Suites Cedar Park was so great to work with! We had a wedding at Villa Antonia and we had a wedding block for our guests. Location was perfect distance to and from the venue. Rooms were clean and spacious enough for our guests. Nicole was very attentive and accommodating to our guests and to my husband and I! She is very responsive and communicative with us. When we had a question or concern, she was quick to help!

The only thing I would have to say is some of our guests brought it to our attention that the wedding block rooms rates were a little bit more expensive than booking outside of the block. Once I raised that attention to Nicole, we were able to get a lower rate!

Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would recommend this to anyone who is getting married in the area!

Family member booked us for 3 nights using their points. Due to a family emergency back home, my husband and I had to leave early, and begin driving the 5 hours back home at 9 PM.
Whoever the older front desk lady was tonight at around 9PM told us we'd be fully charged for the extra night we wouldn't be there. There was no about which card would be charged or anything. Just waved us away with a "your receipt will come by email." Just wow.

I was extremely disappointed in the lack of service and transparency. I would have been glad to pay the difference if I was explained exactly what charges and to what card it would be paid to. Sadly, this wasn't the case. All in all, I definitely not be staying at this location again, even if a gracious family member pays for it. Time to look at AirBNBs for Xmas, I guess!

It was first time staying and I wasn’t there long, but I will travel back for work, and so will my colleagues... and we will put them up there. It was just super clean, the rooms were very comfortable and laid out really well…especially if you are traveling for work. Really great room design. All the staff I encountered were polite…even housekeeping spoke to me in the hallway and were very nice…professional. Breakfast was good. Just overall a really good experience. For me, it is my new, “go-to” when I travel to Cedar Park for work! Great job!

If you are staying in Cedar Park this is a great spot. Rooms are very clean. They have a desk area and sofa that is slightly separated from the room. The breakfast is included and was surprisingly nice. They had a make your own breakfast taco line. Additionally, cereal, muffins, and make your own waffle (of course in the shape of Texas).

Shay was an extremely helpful server and very kind. I asked if she could make extra omelettes and she did with a smile. My kids needed more plays and bowls and graciously got them. This is been a great facility and breakfast. We have come here for the first time and had a great experience. Great service.

This was a great place to stay while visiting family in the area. The pool and spa were exceptional! They were perfect for our family with a teen. And the fireplace area outside was lovely and just right in the evening. We even had free music drift across the creek on Friday evening.
Shay took care of us for breakfast both days and the options were just right. The Texas waffles were wonderful. The hot options were staged so get there early if you want a breakfast sandwich or quiche. But don’t worry if you come later as there will still be eggs and crispy bacon! You might even get a warm tortilla to wrap it all up in.

We arrived mid-afternoon with a reservation and were told that the only king rooms were handicapped rooms. No problem so we took one. First, the property looks new and is nice and quiet. And then I tried to figure out the handicapped shower. There were knobs that turned but no water came out. A small sign on the wall with a few words of instruction was not enlightening. After trying everything with no luck I gave up. It just doesn't need to be that hard.
