The room was clean and the staff have very been very nice,greeting us when we go down for the delicious breakfast (plenty of choices) ,the largest breakfast that I have seen at a hotel. The pool is checked daily for chemical balance,I have been at the pool just about every day and I have seen the man checking it. |From the time we checked in on November | 4th my family and I have felt welcomed and have been greeted by Sai, Kendra,Nozima and Aisha’s. They have always asked if there was anything we needed and helped us with getting the letter needed to enroll my grandson in online school until we find a house. I booked our stay for 20 days for 1 room however I asked to get a second room as well and Nozima showed me two rooms that were available so that I could decide which one I would take as our second room. The women that run the breakfast buffet |also greeted us each morning. The cleaning staff is very nice and greeted us each time we saw them. Kendra stopped to ask my grandson how he likes it and if we found a house yet. It already feels like have known Kendra and Nozima for awhile even though it has only been 6 days since we checked in. |I would highly recommend staying here. |We have had a 5 star experience here. |I did see some reviews from 2023 stating that the staff was not friendly among other issues but I have not experienced any of that so maybe these people here now are new employees. I have even seen a man was the main lobby floor while we were waiting for the elevator. We will most likely have to extend our stay as I haven’t found a house we like just yet and Nozima and Kendra assured me that we would be able to keep our rooms beyond the original date that I had booked.

Conveniently located property near highway and food establishments. Hotel room was amazingly large. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Bathroom smartly designed with lots of space. Room lighting was great. Only missing was a full length mirror for which there was plenty of room for. Complementary breakfast choices were good and we appreciated the elevated quality such as cage free eggs. Only disappointed with the coffee but there is a Wendy’s and DD nearby.

This hotel was VERY nice! It was impressively clean and modern. I was concerned as there are prior reviews sighting bed bugs but this hotel/room couldn't have been cleaner. Bed was pretty comfortable. Both queen beds had 4 regular size pillows (8 total) and had none of those little square pillows that we all despise. Nice touches like a personalized welcome on the TV in your room upon arrival. Front desk staff super courteous and friendly. Provided 2 bottles of water. Shower was nice, good pressure. Water temp doesn't fluctuate easily with the dial so took some times to get right temp. Breakfast had good options and nicely presented.

Hidden Gem! Stayed here over Labor Day and was quite pleased. Kind, courteous reception. Room was VERY spacious! Complimentary breakfast with plenty of room for people to spread out in a nice space. You don’t always see free breakfast AND nice spacious area together. Also, check out Sammy’s up the street if you need a place to eat. Very good food and service.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Upon arrival it LOOKED like a nice quiet hotel as soon as we (me and my 6y/o son) checked in there’s people running out the elevators into the pool area like they’re at an amusement park, I know weed is legal here now but walking through the hallway that’s all you smelled, the elevator floors were dirty and had melted ice… I brought my son there to go swimming this was the whole purpose of booking the room we got there and planned on swimming but as I said there were people running in and out of that area..was at least 8-10 people in the pool & they were ghetto as well as rowdy as heck I definitely wasn’t taking my son in there to swim so I figured we’d just go in the morning… we went down at about 10am the pool was disgusting!!! White sud’s floating all in the water muggy it looked like a hot tub with some kind of foam inside so the guy started cleaning right before we had to leave but he used a nasty looking net and fished some things out of the water threw it outside the door and that was it. The rooms were nice but they were not cleaned Thoroughly there was burn holes on the desk and crumbs in corners and behind the side table… I would have left but it was too late I already paid for the night and I spent a nice amount on Ubers to there instead of driving. I called the hotel nobody got back with me it’s been WEEKS so I called again today to see why I still had a charge for 240 pending on my card the manager was very unprofessional she looked up my stay and asked “are you talking about the $20” as if it was just a small amount which it is but it doesn’t matter it’s MY money! So she told me I had to contact my bank because they were the ones holding it after more than a week and that’s NEVER happened… I also explained to her what happened with my stay and she didn’t really care acted like oh well.

The room exceeded expectations. It was large, clean, and new. The lobby was very nice for breakfast. Subtracted a star because the pool seemed pretty dirty.

Bed bugs. On top of having bed bugs, they wouldn’t refund me for all of my stay and only refunded 2 of the 3 nights. Absolutely insane. I thought the previous bed bug reviews were long enough ago that they’d fixed the problem but obviously not. Avoid avoid avoid!

Decent suites with modern fittings. Breakfast was pretty good (for the US)
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Nice reception area
