This was my second time staying at the Edwin and I can say I was satisfied every time I stepped foot in that Hotel. Sunny made me feel like I was at home alongside your morning crew (Im sorry I didn't get her name!). Even the gentlemen working the Valet Service were considerate and kind throughout our limited interactions! I was given great suggestions for food and insight on events going on in the area and I can safely say I am 100% satisfied with my stay. The view was worth the extra price, the shower was absolutely stunning (Its a rainfall shower which is heavenly), and the beds were very comfortable, especially after a day of walking around Chattanooga. If you don't mind spending a bit of money I can comfortably say you'll enjoy your stay! I cant wait for my next trip to Chattanooga and I'll certainly be staying at this hotel again!

The rooms are gorgeous. The rest of the hotel is really nice too. Fabulous location, next to the entrance to the pedestrian bridge, great views, walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Only had a small issue when I requested valet and didn’t get my car after about 20 minutes and it was late so it wasn’t busy at all.

I highly recommend a stay. The staff is amazing! Jessica and Sunny gets you checked in with all your needs taken care of. Carlos and the other valet with dread locs keeps your vehicle well taken care of. The bed is comfortable, the room is cozy, the gym is high tech, the pool is heated, and all three restaurants provide delicious food and drinks.|Definitely excellent on all levels.

We stayed here with our family of 5 for a night and it was a splurge as one of the priciest hotels in the area. Google has it labeled as a 5-star hotel. After a long drive, I was excited to rest and take a hot shower. To my surprise the shower water was lukewarm/cold. Outside was in the 30’s. After calling the front desk, they said there was a problem with the water heater. I told them it’s inexcusable for a 5-star hotel to not have hot water, in which they replied they are NOT a 5 star hotel, but rather a 3-star hotel. I was shocked because Google and other sources have it labeled as 5star. Several hours later, the water still did not heat up. My kids could not shower and neither could we. At around 9pm we were phoned to tell us the water should now be working, but to hurry because it may shut off at any moment. It was far too late and our kids had slept by then. The man at the front desk had told me on the phone we would be recompensated for our troubles, but we were never given any recompensation. Would NOT stay here again as there are many higher rated hotels in the area that are much cheaper

We were very disappointed in our stay at the Edwin Hotel. We had very poor customer service throughout the stay. The experience did not meet our expectations for a Marriott affiliated hotel. To start, we arrived after the check in time (which is already later than most at 4 pm) only to be told that our room was not ready. They were unable to tell us when the room would be available, just that they would call us and to go walk around. There was no apology issued for this delay. In addition, room service forgot part of our order then brought an incorrect item. The valet app also did not work. The room was clean and cute but the barn-door style bathroom door was incredibly noisy. Overall this hotel is a very poor deal for the price. We regret staying here and will recommend against it to our local friends and family.

For what is advertised and priced as a luxury hotel, they have very bad customer service. After a stay last night, I realized that I had left my wallet in my room. I called the hotel within 8 hours of checking out and realizing what had happened and the gentleman that answered the phone, Gabriel, was beyond rude. I simply asked him if he could check and tell me if it had been turned in at which point he told me that was not his job. He informed me that I needed to go to a website and submit a form at which point it can take up to 5 business days to get a response. This is not a shirt or jacket but my wallet which I will need to replace all of the cards. I politely asked if I could speak with a manager at which point he told me that he was the only one there (which I find very hard to believe). My company has a lot of guest that come to Chattanooga to visit one of our manufacturing facilities and I have always directed them to the Edwin for their stay. I assure you I will not only not recommend that they stay here moving forward but will advise that they do NOT stay here. I will be sending a message to my coworkers who also have regular visitors to Chattanooga to start recommending other locations as well. It is a shame that that a rude employee can ruin what has up until now been a good experience. I understand they probably have rules and procedures but it was the curt way that he spoke as opposed to saying "our policy is this, but I will see if there is anything I can do for you".

Had to fly to Chattanooga to get my mom who was traveling herself, out of the hospital to fly home to NY. Had a stay here at the Edwin which was amazing. Service was wonderful, the restaurant was great and the attention to detail was evident. Highly recommend! Made a difficult experience much better!

A nice and quiet hotel, the restaurant attached to it is good as well.

The rooftop bar has great drinks and view from the Terrance is amazing, you can see the city and the surrounding areas (Appalachian Mountains & etc.)

It’s also convenient because it’s close to everything in the downtown area.

Overall I enjoyed the stay!
