This hotel was an overall great place to stay. The service was top notch. We were first greeted by the friendly and efficient valet staff and then warmly greeted by the reception staff. I’m pointing this out because it was literally that good. We travel frequently and some places don’t offer that same level of customer service. The room was sparkling clean and our request for no down pillows was met. The bar staff was wonderful to talk with and gave us suggestions for sides and appetizers to have as a small meal. Do yourself a favor and order the macaroni and cheese. It was amazing and I can’t wait to have it again.

This is a gorgeous new hotel. Rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated. Soaring windows, huge bath and shower. Bed was the best. Terrific elevator where you scan your room key and takes you right to your floor.||It’s across the street from this great walking mall that’s beautifully landscaped and huge. Just a few blocks away is the amazing Riverwalk, which should not be missed. Catch it at night when everything is perfectly lit. Huge, completely safe—walk to the end for the overlook over the river.||The hotel is just a few blocks away from the Historic District. Nicely done, great restaurants. Had some wine at La Buvette on their outdoor patio, and it was terrific. Ditto for dinner at Plank Provisions—happy hour $1 oysters on the half shell that were awesome, as was their seafood.

Our first time visiting this hotel was about 6 months ago for our anniversary and we were treated great. The hotel is definitely a luxury 5 star property at a reasonable price. We thought our last visit couldn’t be topped but after arriving this time from being welcomed back by Derrick (valet and bellman) to being checked in by Sam, the experience made you feel like royalty. Speaking about the attention given to each guest while staying is unmatched. We were upgraded and appreciated it. The rooms we stayed in both times are super clean which is hard to find nowadays and our view of the park was spectacular. We will definitely be back. As a side note the restaurant on property is excellent. If you need to relax this is the place. Thank you to the Farnam, Autograph Collection for your high standards. See you next time.

This hotel is the best! Super clean with comfortable beds. The water pressure in the shower was perfect as was the temperature of the water. Within walking distance to great restaurants in Old Market District. I highly recommend staying here!

I am so impressed with this hotel! The design was fantastic; the attention to detail in the room is some of the best I’ve experienced. It’s clear they thought through how someone would use the space and what they would need. The location was perfect and the staff was very friendly. This is my go-to if I find myself back in Omaha.

I stayed here over the weekend & had a great experience! I was in town for a concert that just happend to be a very short walk away. The staff was super friendly & helpful!! The room exceeded my expectations & that bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept on in my life!! I would absolutely recommend this hotel to others & will definitely be back.

We didn't actually stay at the hotel but we had quite a few positive experiences with the hotel staff. We ate at Dynamite and used the hotel valet. The valet staff was amazing. Everyone valet attendant we talked to was great. Especially Derrick. The people at the front desk were also amazing. The lobby space and lobby bar were hip, stylish, and clean. We were offered tours of the different types of rooms and will definitely stay there. The location is great and Dynamite was amazing.

Loved the decor and design of the hotel. Every staff member was so friendly and helpful. The room was great, comfortable bed and the bathroom was stocked with an assortment of convenient toiletry items. Would definitely recommend and return!
