We recently stayed at The Jacquard for a family bar mitzvah and arrived early to celebrate our anniversary. While the hotel itself is stunning, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional guest experience. This visit has ensured The Jacquard will be our permanent hotel home in Denver.||We had two separate reservations and hoped to stay in the same Mountain View room throughout. Initially, we worked with Paul the concierge, but his comments about our military rate made us feel less worthy of the room we had booked. It hurt to think that a discounted rate might diminish the value of our stay. Thankfully, Feben, a member of the front desk team, overheard and stepped in with grace and professionalism. She kindly advocated for us, explaining that the inventory allowed us to remain in the same room. Feben apologized sincerely and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay, checking in with us throughout the weekend and even remembering to ask about the bar mitzvah at checkout.||We also noticed how Atkan, the manager, interacted with guests and his team in such a thoughtful and genuine way. From our perspective, he not only ensured his team was taken care of but also made time to engage with us personally. He asked about our stay, where we traveled from, and even offered assistance to make sure everything was perfect. It was clear he truly cares about the guest experience, and his leadership set a tone of warmth and hospitality throughout the front desk. Watching how he interacted with Feben and the rest of the team, we could see the strong bond and respect they shared, which made the hotel feel even more inviting. Thanks to the care and attention we received from Feben and the welcoming environment Atkan fosters, The Jacquard is now our go-to hotel in Denver.

We stayed at the Jacquard for our first time last week. It’s an artsy, funky vibe and design. I’ve admired it from a distance ( always stay at hotel Clio ) and wondered about it.| From the valet to the front desk, the restaurant host to the fabulous bartenders/servers, hospitality was at its finest. |The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Zacc, Feben, and Brenton went far beyond the norm in making us feel at home and special. |The room had some issues. There was a horrible sewer smell which was mitigated by an engineer. The hotel was completely sold out so no option for moving rooms but we were treated to a great dinner by Brenton and the odor was gone until the next pm when it returned but mildly and was again handled. Brenton went to our room personally. |The window shades do not work, the sink is badly stained and the housekeeping staff is not thorough on replacing items like Kleenex. |However, when the front desk goes so far beyond the norm (Zac, Feben and Brenton), we felt like VIPs. |If the maintenance this hotel needs gets done, they have the best front desk team and beds out there. |FYI- restaurant is popular and loud. Servers are very attentive. Good menu, nice wine list, great bar seating

My family and I have stayed at this property several times a year for the last four years, and over time the quality of the Jaquard has decreased. |The staff is professional and incredibly helpful. I have only had positive interactions with all staff I’ve encountered. Also, the location is excellent and the restaurant is very good. The beds are so comfortable! |However, the rooms are really starting to show wear and tear. The rug in our last room was frayed and ripping, the blind was torn, and the shower smelled a little moldy. The door between the bathroom and room is sliding glass but didn’t have any type of handle, so it was almost impossible to open and close. Also, last time we visited the hot tub bubbler wasn’t working, and this time the water was barely lukewarm. |I’ve never hesitated to book this property, but for the price per night I’m debating whether it’s worth it anymore.

I have been traveling extensively for the past 4 years. Averaging about 100 nights per year. All of them exclusively at Marriott affiliated hotels. Experienced the gamut of types of facilities and locations. From top notch facilities in Asia and Europe to basic hotels in rural America. Service has almost always been exemplary. Now the exception. The Jaquard has been the worst experience to date. The source of the problems centers around their staff. Their imperious manner of speech and thought was very surprising given the upscale location. To be fair their housekeeping personnel were professional, kind and courteous. With proper training this hotel can be a pleasant place to stay. Until then, I highly discourage staying at the Jaquard. The Clio, a few blocks away, is a superior hotel in all aspects.

Had a date night with my husband. Overall the room was fine but some key details lacked. We got a room on the third floor with a view of a concrete wall. Getting room service was difficult to navigate and then the crab cake was clearly a prefrozen mediocre at best dish. |The shower cap and vanity set boxes were empty! The sink look dirty but upon review it was just stained. Ouch. And why you would choose to have a clear glass wall between the shower and the toilet is beyond me. Especially when the front facing glass is frosted. Kink? ||The bed was really comfortable and the service when requesting a bottle opener was nice. ||Probably won’t be back.

Very clean rooms. Decent cost, given location in the City. Staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. A great hotel. Lots of good restaurants near by. Close to the Cherry Creek mall as well. While I don't travel a ton, I would say this is one of the nicest properties I've experienced.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Jacquard Hotel in Denver, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding service we received during our stay. My family was facing an unexpected emergency, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our special situation. From the moment we arrived, we were met with genuine care and concern, which made a difficult time so much more manageable.

The team at The Jacquard was incredibly attentive and compassionate, ensuring that every detail of our stay was comfortable. Their kindness and professionalism were evident at every turn, whether it was the front desk staff, housekeeping, or the management. The warm, friendly atmosphere made us feel truly supported, and their willingness to adjust and help in any way possible was invaluable.

The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant rooms and top-notch amenities, but what really sets The Jacquard apart is its exceptional staff. I highly recommend this hotel not only for its luxurious accommodations but also for the remarkable people who work there. Service was overall *fabulous in this beautiful hotel in a wonderful location! Highly recommend if you are able to get a reservation. Restaurant staff one later eve was slow and cocky, and we ran into some issues with room keys not working to get to all the floors, etc.; elevators got a little dirty at times (trash- which could easily be blamed on parents since there were def some teens there) and we found it very weird that they would have a robot vacuuming the hallways, and then dying wherever…and left. Overall, most definitely recommend!! Valet service was outstanding- don’t forget to bring cash so you can tip them.
