Kimpton as well as Deep Elm is THE hidden gem. I stayed here for 3 weeks for work and Patrick, the nice young lady that’s at the front desk with him, the manger, assistant manager (sorry can’t remember) and the entire staff went over and beyond. They were very accommodating. No request was “too much” for them. You pay for quality however they don’t get paid to be genuine and for that I will always go back. The rooms (esp the shower) are amazing. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool area is gorgeous and tucked away for complete relaxing and privacy. It’s literally in the perfect spot. Not far from restaurants, a convenient store, and the bars. The food and drinks in the hotel is pretty good as well. The hotel had a very nice gym and they host events on Monday nights. If I could give them a million stars I would just off the experience throughout my stay alone. The view and amenities were just extra bonus points. Thank you guys so much for a wonderful experience

We went on a family trip to Dallas and stayed at the Kimpton Pittman Hotel, and we had an amazing time! The interior is super modern, clean, and stylish—really gave off a fancy vibe. The location was perfect too, with museums and the aquarium nearby. I loved how big and clean the bathroom was, and somehow, we even managed to get a room upgrade, which made things even better! I don’t think there’s self-parking, though. Our kids especially enjoyed hanging out by the fire pit outside—it was such a cozy spot. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it!

Absolutely the best place to stay near downtown

Location is great, next to a number of posh places to eat and drink, across the street from Deep Ellum's night life, and a short walk to the Green Line. Valet services are fast and professional. Drop off for the car is off the main drag so it's easy to get in and out of the hotel. Despite its location, the noise of a bustling night-life area wasn't a problem. The rooms were pretty well sound-proofed. Complimentary ear plugs are left on the night stand, but we didn't need them and we're normally light sleepers

The staff is incredible. They noticed our little man was tired after a long day of travel and offered him cotton candy to cheer him up. They do lots of little things like that to make your stay memorable

My son and I had a great time visiting Dallas for the first time. Our trip was made even more special thanks to Patrick, Gavin and Melissa at the front desk who were so warm and kind to my son. On our last night he remarked that when we come back we have to stay at the same hotel and see our friends at the front desk again. Thank you three for making my son’s trip one he’ll never forget.

From the valet service to the front desk and the suite accommodations, my experience at the Kimpton Pittman Hotel has been exceptional. I am writing this review on my first night because the quality of this establishment is truly remarkable.

While my entire stay has been outstanding, I would like to specifically commend Christian for her exemplary customer service. Her warmth and professionalism greatly enhanced my experience, and I deeply appreciate her efforts.

Additionally, the one-bedroom suite is both spacious and luxurious, and it has been impeccably maintained. As someone who travels extensively, I encounter many hotels, but this one stands out as exceptional. I look forward to returning in the future.

Couldn’t fault this hotel stay. |Friendly staff. Free coffee in restaurant. Free wine in foyer between 5-6pm. Even postcards to send with postage paid by hotel. Room spacious. Bed comfortable. Great shower. Late checkout. Close to great restaurants.

Friendly Helpful staff. Hotel clean , well managed. Room with plenty of space, nice bathroom. Nice touch in the afternoon wine, beer on the house between certain hours. Lovely pool to relax in. Higher floor advisable due to noise from front of the road as the area lively late at night . Safe surroundings . Good breakfast menu. Not a great meal in the evening but plenty of bars and restaurants around within 5 minute walk. Great steak house opposite Treat yourselves Would return if in the area again without doubt

We had a large group for a birthday weekend. I was soooo impressed with the staff. Everyone was accommodating respectful and polite. They made the stay much more enjoyable. The only issue is the noise from nearby clubs We had a noise machine and it drowned it out. It’s also walking distance to Velvet Tacos!! We will definitely stay again. In fact, we generally stay at Marriott properties but have since become IHG members.
