We have just returned from an unforgettable mini-moon at The Peninsula London, and it truly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, Marion Castillo and her incredible guest experience team ensured every detail was perfect, going above and beyond to make our stay truly extra special, including upgrading us to an amazing suite with stunning views, allowing us to enjoy the opulent surroundings to the fullest. To make the most of our beautiful room, we opted for room service for all our meals. The food was exceptional, and dining in such luxurious comfort added an extra layer of romance to our getaway.||Whilst there we indulged in their exquisite spa and wellness centre as when we first stayed here last year they had not opened yet. Our wait was worth it! The massages were heavenly and the serene ambiance was the perfect escape. The stunning pool was also a highlight, offering a tranquil oasis that added to our relaxation.||For us, what really sets The Peninsula London apart is that it is truly dog-friendly. So much attention to detail, bespoke Peninsula bed and bowls, an extensive dog menu, and a full-sized super fluffy towel for muddy paws post-walk. Moreover, dogs can go anywhere in the hotel, accompany you for drinks and dining and be part of the entire stay - other luxury hotels in London claim to be dog friendly but then confine them to the room only which completely defeats the object of being able to bring them along. It's fantastic to see The Peninsula London really leading the way and showing others how it is done!||The hotel's opulent atmosphere is simply breathtaking, with every corner radiating luxury. The staff throughout made us feel like valued guests, demonstrating an exceptional level of service that sets this hotel apart. It’s clear that the management fosters a culture of excellence, which was evident in every interaction.||We can’t recommend The Peninsula London highly enough! We’re already looking forward to our next visit to enjoy more of the spa and wellness offerings. This hotel truly is a gem, and we are enormously grateful for the unforgettable memories we created during our stay.

Wow, where do I begin. By far one of the best hotel experiences I have had in a very long time. Stayed in a premier room for 7 nights and it was truly worth every penny. ||The level of service and attention to detail is by far some of the best. Given that this was my first time ever staying at any Peninsula property, this hotel really left a very positive impression on me. Every hotel that claims to be a Luxury 5 star hotel should be at this level.||The room is very spacious, there is a very large dressing room and and very large bathroom with a bidet (which is very hard to find in a London hotel). The bedroom has a sofa and a dinning table for two people. It is the perfect size.||The entire hotel staff is very attentive and eager to assist in any way possible. Upon arriving from the airport, I was greeted from the door by a gentleman who took me straight to the room and finished all the checking in process in the room. The whole process took less than 5 mins and my luggage promptly arrived.||I had requested for extra pillows, towels, and still water in the room. All was there in the room waiting for me with welcome amentias; fruits, chocolate, flowers, and a hand written letter. ||The valet staff are very welcoming and learnt my name from the first night and addressed me by name every single morning and offered the house car.||I did not try any of the hotel restaurants but did order room service multiple times and everything I ordered was very good. ||The housekeeping staff were amazing, especially Johanna. The service in the hotel is truly impeccable.||I did stay in many 5 star hotels in London but this by far is the best. I can't wait to be back. I wish all hotels who claim to be luxury and 5 stars learn from this.

Recently, following Labor Day, 2024, my daughter and I embarked for a U.K. and northern Italy holiday to celebrate my 75th birthday. After enjoying our flight across the pond, we safely arrived at The Peninsula, London where we were welcomed by Jerome of the Front Desk who without hesitation warmly wished me the happiest of birthdays! Jerome smoothly checked us in early while explaining all the “nuts and bolts” of the Peninsula and then he politely escorted us to a dream come true junior suite, indeed a surprise upgrade to only further enhance my birthday and our London vacay. I was so pleasantly surprised with color-coordinated balloons, the most decadent chocolate birthday cake and champagne on ice; not to mention a scrumptious breakfast for two (as noted, we arrived during the early A.M.).||From that point on, we never stopped smiling and fully enjoying all of the Peninsula’s gorgeous accommodations and amenities. My daughter started the day in the Peninsula’s state-of-the-art gymnasium and afterward we met for a complimentary delicious breakfast of our choice with exceptional service in the hotel before beginning our full days of sightseeing tours, casual scenic walking and admiring the many beautiful historic London neighborhoods. From Buckingham Palace to a ride down the canal on a decades old houseboat to viewing the city skyline from the London Eye to on and off the Big Bus to awaiting the famous chimes from Big Ben, we did it all including walking and browsing the many high-end stores and upscale designer shops. After those busy constructive days, we relaxed over the best high tea at the Peninsula before refreshing and prepping for pre-dinner cocktails on the rooftop overlooking the most magnificent views of London. I would be remiss if I did not also give thanks and our upmost appreciation to the Peninsula’s Concierge Desk. We actually met Charlie via email and phone weeks before our trip. Charlie along with Margot, Matthew and other staff were so informative and they graciously assisted us with all of our sightseeing tours and activities, restaurant reservations and our daily questions and concerns. ||In closing, we left London with the most fun, memorable and unique experiences which will live in our hearts forever. Wherever I go, I now carry my Peninsula keychain, compliments of Jerome. Our gratitude and appreciation to the Peninsula, London.

Having stayed in The Peninsula, Hong Kong, I was very much looking forward to experiencing The Peninsula London. I was blown away. I have been fortunate enough to stay in many of the top hotels in London; The Dorchester, Claridges, The Ritz… to name but a few. With so much competition in the city, it is the level of service that differentiates one above the others. The service at this hotel, in my opinion, beats them all. The staff could not do enough to ensure that our stay was memorable and they went above and beyond to make my partner’s birthday special. A special mention for Bryan who provided such an excellent, in-depth tour of the property. The hotel’s car service was just perfect and the concierge made sure that we were taken care of on every occasion. A large amount of money has been spent in building and designing this amazing property (over a billion!) and it shows. The attention to detail is so impressive. Congratulations to you Mr Berger and to your staff, on establishing a spectacular addition to the very competitive, luxury hotel market in London. I will definitely return !

I want to start by extending my heartfelt thanks to Rolf Buehlmann and the entire team for their exceptional attention to detail even before my arrival. One thing I always appreciate about The Peninsula is their dedication to personalized service—asking about your arrival time, preferences, and ensuring everything is tailored perfectly.||||As a frequent guest of The Peninsula, I’ve always held The Peninsula Istanbul to the highest standard, but today, the London property has set a new benchmark. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Lara Vartanian, the Guest Relations Manager, who personally escorted me to my room after a seamless check-in process. The moment she left, I looked around and was struck by the familiar sense of luxury—this room beautifully echoes the design and sophistication of The Peninsula properties in Shanghai, Istanbul, Hong Kong, and Tokyo. The consistency in excellence across all Peninsula hotels is remarkable, and it’s one of the many reasons I remain a loyal guest.||||Though I might be checking out tomorrow, I’m already looking forward to returning for another night on the 26th. The Peninsula London has truly made a lasting impression, and I can’t wait to experience it again.

The Peninsula Hotel is an exceptional establishment that I have visited multiple times, both for lunch and to enjoy coffee. Located in the heart of London, the hotel's unbeatable location provides easy access to the city's top attractions.

The service at The Peninsula is impeccable, with attentive and welcoming staff. But the real standout is the quality of the food, which is absolutely delicious. Each dish is bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors. The ice cream, in particular, is creamy, rich, and bursting with flavor - a must-have treat.

I've had the pleasure of experiencing The Peninsula not only in London, but also in Turkey, and the quality and excellence is consistent across all locations. The hotel's stylish and inviting decor creates a wonderful ambiance that complements the outstanding service and cuisine.

In short, The Peninsula Hotel is a true gem that I cannot recommend highly enough. My stay at the Peninsula London hotel really made my stay in London one to remember. The staff are very welcoming and the rooms are top rated for the price. I'd recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a short break in the capital. Would definitely book again.
