The best hotel in London!
Since the Westin has opened, we have been regular guests and now came for the first time with our newborn. All the staff are extremely friendly, service oriented and just make the stays unforgettable.
Upon arrival our daughter got a cute plush animal as well as some other special gifts waiting in the room, that was so thoughtful and much appreciated. And us parents enjoyed the champagne and chocolate strawberries.

The breakfast buffet is incredible, high quality and so much to choose from.

We also love the Westin club with lots of refreshments and snacks, also a perfect place to work for a bit. The room service is incredibly fast and delicious as well.

Looking forward to our next stay already.

Absolutely incredible experience. My fiance and I stayed here during our first leg of a long trip around the UK and it was hard to top our experience here. I have titanium elite status with Marriott and we were upgraded to a lovely suite with a sitting area and bedroom upstairs. Mohammad checked us in and was very friendly and thorough telling us about the amenities of the hotel.

The room was spotless, spacious, and the bed was comfortable and luxurious. 2 large smart TV's in the suite, complementary water that was replaced daily, lots of closet space.

The lounge had great coffee and breakfast, plenty of tables, and was nicely designed.

We had room service one night and while expensive, the burgers were delicious.

Highly recommend this hotel if you're going to London, especially if you have status and are able to get an upgrade!

Hotel is amazing! Beautiful design and comfortable rooms.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time.

On arrival Joanna made sure we were welcomed with a glass of prosecco and a warming tour through the lobby.

During the rest of our stay all of the staff have been extremely kind.

As platinum member we tried out the lounge which has a good selection of drinks and food and a comfortable/relaxing atmosphere.

The spa is such a good addition to the hotel. The pool is quite big and the temperature is nice. As a guest you can make use of the steamroom/experience shower/sauna/jacuzzi and pool in the spa area.

We are definitely coming back to this hotel when we are in London again.

I recently celebrated my birthday at The Westin London City Hotel, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. A special thank you to Shanie Ng, the Guest Experience Executive, for arranging a beautiful Privilege Room on a high floor—what a treat! The birthday amenities provided were truly wonderful, making my stay extra special.

The attention to detail was impressive, especially the thoughtful birthday card from Shanie, which added a personal touch to my celebration. Every member of the staff I encountered was warm, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect.

I highly recommend The Westin London City Hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. Thank you again to the entire team for making my birthday so special!

Our 5 day stay was absolutely amazing. The hotel is gorgeous and the spa/pool area are unmatched to any other hotel I’ve stayed at. The rooms were very clean and everything was very tastefully designed/decorated. The location was great with convenient access to the tube, restaurants, and tourist hotspots. The staff was where the Westin really shined. Our check-in was seamless and the concierge agent Mohamed was exceptional when we required some medical recommendations/assistance on a weekend. We will 100% return. Well done!

This hotel is quite simply AMAZING! The staff is beyond attentive and friendly, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are beautifully decorated, the bar/restaurant offers so many options, and the location can’t be beat.

We spent 5 nights here and we were so impressed! The spa… oh my goodness! The spa was an oasis after a long day of exploring the city. It has a beautiful pool, hot tub, steam sauna, and dry sauna. It’s so relaxing.

The concierge service was also extremely accommodating and helpful. One of us came down with an ear infection and they made us a same-day appointment to see a doctor at a clinic nearby (thank you so much, Mohammed!).

The Westin London City will be the only place we ever stay when we visit London from now on.

Shout out to Sorina at the Westin London City for her outstanding service and follow ups before, during and after our visit to London. We appreciated her tips to navigate our arrival by the underground tube system. The location of the hotel was ideal to visit Southbank and all the attractions in the Center of London (St-Paul's Cathedral, Tower of London, Tower bridge, Borough Market, etc.)

Paris who tendered to us upon arrival was great and the breakfast at the Mosaic restaurant was attentive, plentiful and varied.

Also a quick thank you to Gabriel who assisted us upon our check-out and we much appreciated his kind gesture and attention.

All in all a great experience in a lovely, modern hotel.
