I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s such a wonderful property. The staff is so kind and the management team really knows how to run a hotel and make everybody feel like family. Tonight at check-in Bree was fantastic and made me feel very valued as an elite level member. The bar is one of the most beautiful around and always enjoy the super clean nice rooms. Thank you so much!

Stayed here for three nights on a work trip. The rooms were decent and quite large. The hotel itself was beautiful, and was situated right downtown which is nice. I didn't use the valet parking, as I Ubered to the hotel.

The gym was one of the nicer/largest hotel gym's I've been at - and had plenty of good, working, equipment (a rarity!). I very much appreciated this.

My only complaint is that I didn't get turn-down service during my stay. To be fair, I had the do-not-disturb on quite a bit, but there were several periods of time I was away (sign off), in the morning and then afternoon/evening. I had to call down to the front desk a few times throughout the stay for coffees, towels, etc. I flagged down a staff member to assist with taking away some trash, as well. Perhaps they only do turn-down service at a specific time of day, which I may have missed. However, it was a bit odd that for 3 nights/4 days no one made it to my room.

Otherwise, nice hotel.

I joined my husband for a portion of his business trip; he and I plan on staying at the Worthington Hotel whenever we stay in downtown Fort Worth. The hotel is lovely and has multiple amenities, but the staff will keep us coming. We arrived in the evening and met Jason and Christian at the valet. What a pleasure!!! Even though we weren’t valeting our car, Jason jumped in to help load MULTIPLE bags on a luggage cart. His congeniality made us feel instantly welcome. Then, we were lucky enough to have Christian help take up our bags while my husband parked. What a pleasure! He was pleasant and quite funny. He made me feel comfortable and safe while getting to the room. The following day, I met Arcelia, the Toro Toro hostess. Oh My Word!!! If you visit the hotel, you MUST see her. Her brightness and welcoming demeanor will brighten any day. Not only did she help me with what I needed, she gave me a rundown of unique places I should go to while in town. I was lucky to see her multiple times during my stay; she was always such a joy. On my way out, Tyler, from valet, helped bring my bags down and store them while I waited for my ride. He was so kind and made sure I had what I needed. I cannot fully express how Jason, Christian, Arcelia, and Tyler impacted my stay and excitement to return next year.||The one thing to watch out for is the housekeeping staff. We had a wonderful cleaning our first and second days, but it went down hill from there. We did not get service our third day (no toilet paper), and the fourth day was very unpleasant. The ambassador made me feel like I had to leave the room if I wanted it cleaned. After sitting in the lobby for three hours, I went back to find the room partially cleaned. I had to go find the housekeeper to vacuum the floor and bring clean towels. I was told it was my fault I didn’t have towel service because I didn’t pile them up on the floor; however, they were piled up under the sink in plain sight. She seemed irritated that I asked for the room to be finished.

Nice hotel. Gave a luxury feel but the room was very basic. Food served in the lounge during my stay was mediocre.

$48 for valet parking the $3.94c for tax on valet parking.

Multiple different taxes added to room charge. Self is not EASY at all- not in same building with hotel.

Overall, ok hotel. Will not be staying again.

Beautiful hotel with the best associates.
The front desk, valets, bartender and housekeepers were great. The lobby was so inviting. We also walked out the front doors to view an awesome parade!

The Hotel is wonderful but the valet services are TERRIBLE. I arrived at the hotel on Oct 19 and turned my car over to the valet. The next day, it was returned to me without my Iphone which I left concealed in the central console. I filed a claim but the valet company denied any wrongdoing. Basically, I gave them the car with my phone hidden in the central console and got the car back without the phone, How could it have not been their fault? Please beware of the valet at the Worthington, they will not protect your car even though you are paying $48 per night for their service.

Great location, but very poor for service to normal, rack-rate guests. Impossible to get any attention from the front desk or lobby severs if not part of some big event or convention. Steer clear and spend your money more wisely. Sadly, we have nice memories when this was a great place to call home in Fort Worth, no longer.

We stayed here for a family wedding. I booked our room back in march for an October wedding. I had email confirmation with a 3pm check in. We arrived at 3:55pm and were advised that they changed the time to 4pm "a couple of weeks ago" with no notification to customers. We were advised the room wasn't ready and so we could just wait around till it was. When we were advised it was ready, the woman who checked us in acted annoyed that we asked about making sure we were near our extended family. We booked with a wedding room block and while our ENTIRE family was on the floor with the rooms next to each other, we were no where near any of them as we were supposed to be. We also were supposed to have a wedding welcome box which we never got. when my husband went down, the front desk person just shrugged and said it wasn't there. The family hosting the wedding had said it was there with all the other boxes, so what happened? Next, we only had 2 sets of towels in the room. We had 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids) and when my husband called asking if we could get additional towels, we had one set brought to us. Thankfully we have small kids, so could manage with small towels. The fitness center was basic but clean. The hot tub was all boarded up. I asked for recommendations for a run on the first morning we were there and the person at the front desk waved a hand out at the sidewalk and said there was a trail out there a bit. Thankfully I found a nice person walking outside and asked for help getting there. Save yourself the money and aggravation and find a different place to stay.
