My son and I stayed for over a month at the property. The room and amenities were decent and the price was fair.

I booked my stay over a month in advance because my son was having surgery in Austin. The morning we were supposed to check-in, I received a message from Uptown Suites informing us that they were overbooked and have cancelled our reservation. I immediately called them and they simply said "sorry, there is nothing we can do". I wouldn't accept this and kept arguing as I wouldn't be able to afford anything the day of at a different hotel. He finally said he'd put us in a smaller room with 1 bed instead of the 2 I reserved. I didn't have a choice so I agreed. I received no discount for the smaller room. They were able to move me into the same sized room that I had reserved on our second day. It maddens me that they bound us to a reservation and would charge our credit card without a refund if we don't cancel within 48 hours prior, but they won't live up to their end of the deal and have the room we reserved available.

Room, very clean and functional. Be aware that there is no kitchen ware provided. A little noisy in the morning due to highway nearby. Wifi weak at time.
Service : staff is adorable, very helpful. Laundry was no working but fixed rapidly.
Easy to access and to move around the city. But a bit of noise is the price to pay.

We have been in Austin,TX for 2 months. Our first month we went threw 4 hotels. When we finally made it to uptown suits everything was amazing. It's a clean,quit and peaceful hotel. The staff are always thier to help you. Leslie at the front desk has always been thier to help us out. We recommend this hotel we will be staying here another 3 months.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by Leslie and Yobana at the front desk. They were incredibly helpful and made the check-in process a breeze.

The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, thanks to the impeccable work of Esmeralda, the housekeeper manager. My room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for.

A special shout-out to Norma, the manager, who truly runs a tight ship. Her dedication to providing top-notch service is evident in every aspect of the hotel. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, and I am incredibly grateful for her attentiveness and care.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. Five stars all the way!

Stayed for 2 months for my job and was pleasant. The service was great and staff were friendly. The location is 16 minutes from downtown where there are many restaurants, shopping and other activies. My only 2 issues were the smell of marijuana in the halls and the washers/ dryers were often out of order. However if you could live with those 2 issues I would recommend staying.

We have been here for a month we love it the staff is wonderful the rooms have always been spotless .. we have stayed here in the past and just keep coming back.. today I experienced the best service from Leslie i appreciate everything she did for us today I will always recommend this hotel… and to Norma the manger she is awesome along with the rest of fhe staff..
