Wonderful 3 night stay.It began when my daughter and I arrived at 6:30am and they found us a room immediately that was an upgraded suite which was spacious with a separate living room and additional powder room and balcony. Breakfast menu was very expansive and the bar was a welcome addition for a nightcap. The location was perfect for walking to high end stores and restaurants. The staff was helpful, professional and friendly. We even took a selfie with the general manager! Definitely our go to hotel when visiting Chicago

It is very seldom that I write a hotel review being that I spend over 150 nights a year in a hotel but when a hotel stands out as being truly exceptional I feel it my duty to say something. This property is exceptional, from the minute you arrive to minute you reluctantly have to leave. It is obvious that the exceptional service and treatment is genuine. Team members love what they do and it shows. The food & beverage is incredible with the service to match. Without doubt the best hotel in Chicago. I canot wait to be back.

Excellent stay with particularly outstanding service. Hotel is located in the heart of very high end shopping area. We walked most everywhere we wanted to go. Contacted by concierge before arrival who was very helpful with recommendations. Our room was ready early and as diamond members we received complimentary upgrade. Room was spacious with a balcony and nicely designed bathroom layout. Found mattress to be a bit hard but pillows were luxurious. valet parking was very efficient and with a courtyard entry it was stress free. Loved our stay!

The team members were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Even at Brass Tack and Bernard's, the exceptional service from the team members, delicious food and amazing beverages made the experience a memorable one. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Our balcony had incredible views of Rush Street and to warm up, we had a lovely fire place inside our room. What an amazing experience. We will definitely be back.

Don’t get much better than this hotel in Chicago!! From the arrival to the departure and all in between awesome ? this amazing luxury property has it all was just impressive on all counts.. the hotel GM is a true hotelier who is hands on very involved in the day to day and is very approachable to engage with very warm and friendly setting go visit take the family or yourself you to will be wowed as we were !

Everything is great about this hotel except one thing: They don't provide entertainment applications on their TV (Netflix..)|The location is great. The rooms are awesome. The Staff is professional and friendly. The food is good. The lobby is nice. The Banquet team and the whole meeting experience is great.

Generally excellent hotel. We were there during the Hotel Union strike so that may have impacted staffing; it seemed light on staff members for this tier of hotel. Suite was nice but lacked the wow we have come to expect in this price range. Positives: very private, excellent in room dining. Negatives: some staff seemed put out at times for routine requests, some staff were excellent. (We tipped well). Valet is top tier and would strongly recommend.

We have stayed at the Chicago Waldorf many times and it never disappoints. The hotel management and staff were very welcoming and accommodating throughout our entire stay. The hotel's location is perfect for shopping and dining. We will be back!
